Hoffman's reveal.

I just love it. I prefer in the TC where it shows him unstrapping as it's more epic. It's such a good ending. I love when Hoffman is staring at Rigg then he pulls the computer chord with his shackle.

His other Game Over in Saw 3D is better though tbh.

I think it would've been more effective if they were more subtle about Hoffman's involvement throughout the film, tbh.

I mean, even when we saw him strapped to the chair, it wasn't by any means a guarantee that he wasn't involved. (Like Amanda being in the NGH...)

It is kinda obvious. Like him telling Rigg not to take hsi wife for granted and to "Let go."

Remember watching the seasaw trap for the first time, thought Mark was gonna get fried lol~ wasn't expecting to get up after the trap seems to go to mayhem when Rigg barged in, though "Shit, noooo!"

All I remember from the ending first time I watched it was Eric's head getting smashed. I was like "WTF!" and went back to see it again. After that, total blank.

would he have really gotten electrocuted or what?
because if not, that would've fucked everything up. but if so... I don't get why HE would leave HIS fate up to someone else. He isn't the type.

Think he would get up as its going wrong and say "Fuck this shit, I need a fucking coffee break~"

When the water moves to his side you can hear electricity. However, I think either way he'd live. There's no way he'd let himself die in it.

This is where the movies started making less and less sense, imo.

I love this ending too. That scene, with Hoffman taking the straps off and standing up from the chair, and with that background music, it's awesome.

Hoffman wouldn't get himself killed. He probably only would suffer from a slight shock. And the timeline is so screwed up, there's really no telling WHEN the movies got confusing. Lolz
